. He will remember me. The collar got stuck in Federal Way Bulk Mail facility when it should have been sent Priority mail. After Christmas, some 4-5 weeks later (should have arrived 3-4 days) he sent me another one. Finally, the original package came Jan 9. He sent it out Nov 23. So, anyway I refused it and it was sent back. The USPS got a nasty complaint from me.

Dang..Did he send it Priority mail the first time ?? I had a tri tonic 50...but lost the tansmitter while duck hunting a few week's ago....think i'm gonna like the new 60 G2....heard alot of good thing's about them.

Yes, he said he did and I believe him. USPS screwed it up. They won't reimburse him either; even the difference between bulk mail vs. priority mail prices.The entire affairwas a fiasco. Got the number of the facility and found out they only work 1/2 days or less and then no fridays. Got two voicemails, one from Quality Control and another from general. Neither called back. Bet it's still on there or gets auto-erased. All this and now a price hike; guess golf lessons don't come cheap.

Anyway, his prices really can't be beat on new items. Good luck on your G2 60. It must have been painful losing that transmitter.

Dang....I need to get a job there...I'd almost have enought free time for hunting then..

Curtis has been great to deal with. it's like he's sitting at his computer waiting for you to ask him a question....never had to wait more than 15-20 min. for a reply.
