Default Quick/Fun Hunt

The wife and I (and Casey) had a great hunt on Sunday morning (LOTS of Ducks). In the afternoon, the wife wanted to play poker at a nearby Casino, so I dropped her off and Casey and I went back to hunt some more. Got 5 more Mallards -- when we were done hunting (had our limits), I was roading Casey so that he could dry off a little. Bam, he locked up on point. I got out of the rig, loaded up and walked up to where he was. The cover was VERY thick, so I sent him in for the flush -- out came a Cock Pheasant -- I shot, the bird went down and took off running - I sent Casey -- after quite a chase, Casey picked the (very pizzed off) bird up and returned. The Pheasant was flapping, trying to spur and peck, and when Casey handed me the bird, it was trying to inflict some serious damage on me as well.
So, here is a pic of about a 1.5 hour hunt.

Doc now tell the truth, Wayne says that you went to casino, and your wife went hunting. A post or so ago, we disscused her shooting.... and yours,I thought she won??? Nothing better than having them swimming in a cluster, and...BOOM... get up, as they all flap on their back. HAHAHAHAHA, Just picking, good hunting!! Think Iam gonna move!!Love ya Doc, Jonesy
