Have any of you ever had a successful hunt with one deer dog? I lost my male last year and I think somebody picked him up. I still have my female but I have never run her solo. The two made quite a pair, I am planning to hunt her some by herself and use her for a tracking dog if needed.

yes ; I have hunted with just one many times.no problems you cna watch and see what that one dohg is doing.
now thats all I have left is one dog.all the rest has died on me over the last two years.
