Default Health ?

The first few times out each year my dogs eyes get alittle beat up, after one or two days of hunting he is fine. This year has been dry and he realy tock a beating the last time out. His eye is weeping alot and has started to smell infected. I flush his eyes with eye wash when we are done hunting but this time it didnt help. Should I take him to the vet or let it go and see what happens.

I dont think it realy matters what I do because if his eye is still bad by monday my girl will have him in the vet and looking for gogles for him .
