Hey Florida hunters,
Have any of you hunted Eglin before. Here are a few questions if you've had. Is the map they send you clear? I know there are Trophy buck units but are there spike buck units as well, I'd hate to drive from Lakeland to have to turn away a spike buck. Is the camping free?

PS Got me a spike buck from the regular Green Swamp. Only 17 killed this year

I have never hunted Eglin before but have several cousins that hunt it. Best bet is to call and talk to the people in charge at Eglin. There are some really nice deer and plenty of hogs there for sure.
