Default Georgia And Alabama Hunters

This weekend is opening rifle season in georgia and i was wondering what type of scents and sprays everyone is using. Im trying to figure out what to put out thanks for your input

It's still a bit early for any estrous scents or anything like that. I personally think the best scent is no scent until the rut starts kicking in. If you want to use something, try buck urine or a tarsal scent. I do like the "Bowhunters Setup". Seems to get em a little curious.

I agree to. It is too early for anything other than a scent killer spray. Give it a few more weeks then I like the code blue scents, they seem to work in my neck of the woods.

On second thought, I think an acorn scent might be a good call right now. We have a lot on the ground and they are getting eaten fast. Might be worth a try.

If you use scent's or calls right now you'll just spook em' out of the area. Wait until the rut hits in about 2 weeks then scent it up. Just my 2 scents worth.
