Sorry for so many postings in just 2days but ....i have been thumbing through all the past postings by some of you guys. Seems like lots of you want to hunt feral pigs. I will tell you from experience ......anywhere north of charlotte and east of raleigh youre gonna have a hard time finding sizable #'s of hawgs. Now you can go out to the mountains but trust me you will be bumbarded by dog hunters who have no respect for other hunters. I love hunting hawgs with dogs but I do it on a 4000 acre lease I have in SC. Good luck with finding the hawgs I know there are several feral pigs up around danville VA. Never hunted em there but just seen some tracks and root lines along the dan river while fishing. I would be glad to help anyone with hog hunting info......

If i was hunting an area and a pack of dogs comes through casing my game, I am sure my gun would accidently go off and reduce that dog team by one barking member.....stuff happens.
