Default KY bowhunting

Planing a hunt at pennyrille state forest in Christian co, Kentucky.Has anyone ever hunted there before? How was it? Many hunters?

hey i have relatives in Columbia, Kentucky is tehre anywhere near that?
i have been curious if the bowhunting around them is any good...

i have never hunted at pennyryle but have hunted several times at higgons and henery wma in union co i live in this area any questions just holler season comes in sept 4

so u dont know if there is much use in trying to plan a trip down to Columbia or Bowling Green? they live in both towns??

I have hunted out there a lot. I hunted the quota hunt there last year. There are some big bucks but they hard to hunt. We usually see 3 or 4 deer in a weekend. All I have killed out there doe's. there are no fields all woods and it is easy to get lost. There is 4 of us that have been going out there for 10 years one of us still gets lost every year. none of us has killed a buck out there.

there are some big bucks there but its hard to hunt on the weekends, over run with guys with bows during the week is great there is a 15 in min spread,wanna know more just holler
