FL: Black powder legal during firearms season?

I like to shoot BP and do so all year here in VA. I am moving to Florida. They have a BP season that is from 2 days to a week long, unlike the month we have here.

So, can I use my BP rifle during regular rifle season? I read the PDF files on the Florida site, http://www.wildflorida.org, but I can't figure out if it is allowed. I can't imagine that it is not, but you never know.

from what i believe , you can ......unless it specifies modern gun hunt....but i thought they changed it to all general gun hunts.......almost positive.......

yes B/P is legal durning the general gun season,as long as it is 40 cal. or larger,and 20 ga. or above.

Actually, I believe any legal weapon(bow, crossbow, BP, handgun, rifle) is legal during general gun season

Black powder is legal during rifle season,along with bows,but crossbows I believe still aren't legal unless you have permit
