Default Another NC hog

Here is yesterdays 160 lbs sow. That is one of my catahoula pups in the pic she is on the way to becoming a fine bay dog.

young buck ; that a nice hog,congrats.the pup also.

have you ever tried to hang them by the head? I find all the fat and (meat) stays on the hog without much knife work.you just strip them and pull from the head down,all in one motion.

I make a lot of sasuage and need the fat to stay on the meat.

if your ever interested in hunting deer in rockingham county id be willing to take you or any other nc hunter on a hunt at my place for a few days all i ask is that you would take me hunting on your place


just looking for new chalenges and to make some hunting friends in nc

That's scary because that looks excatly like an Sow my dad got, it could that one's twin. I mean this in a good way but it looks bigger then 160 lbs. My guess would have been closer to 200 [:-]
