Default Looking for East Tx lease

Looking for a lease in northeast tx for father/son. email with any leads or post on here. primarily deer but would like to hunt hogs and squirrels also.

how big of a place do you need?i know of one but it is only 100acres.

would want at least 100 acres. would prefer larger, as I have friends that could be added to lease if needed extra $. Use to hunt on 100 acres, and had 3 members on it. It's workable, but would like at least 50 or more acres per hunter. Just my opinion.

A smaller place might would work if it was pretty productive. Also, would like to hunt thru out the yr if lease has hogs, and squirrels.

not sure how many my friend will let hunt or how much he will charge. i know there are deer there but that area has never been known to hold great numbers. let me know if you are interested. give me a little info i can give to him.i will then call him and mail you back.

I lease a ranch just outside of Marshall...I have one opening for sure and may have another before season opens....Its 600 acres, creek , pastures , oak trees , great squirrel and deer , no hogs , but a few woodducks and gads...I've seen a couple turkeys on it but wouldnt have a clue on how to hunt them...I pay $1500 a year and devide it by 5 people , so the pay comes to $300 per person...
