Default Any LA hunters on here?

I' m from Monroe, just curious if there are anymore LA boys on here and if anyone has killed anthing.

I' m in area 1 and our gun season doesn' t open until Nov 22, but that' s ok, I' ve already killed two with my bow.

I live in Baton Rouge and just got a lease in French Settlement. Been working on the property and tailgating for LSU rather than bow hunting. Cant wait for the 22nd to rifle hunt. Some cool weather would be nice too.

I hunt north west La. Have a lease in webster parish that is loaded with deer and has good duck hunting when we get normal fall and winter rain. I' ll hunt ducks any where I can find them. Hope it' s a good year.

I hunt in Claiborne parish. I did not get one during bow season but on Nov. 1st (opener for gun) I took a doe for the freezer. I sure wish the weather would cooperate. Have a good season.

I guess I should be in here.

I got transplanted to Washington DC in 84.
mom and dad still live there and I just inherited 31 acres in Plain Dealing.
I' m from Minden (Webster) origanally and still keep a place there.
Plan on bringing the kids to see their grandparents around the 20th or so and stay thru Thanksgiving. will do some hunting then.
went to school at Tech 80-84 and was all over bienville, claiborne, webster and bossier. even caddo a time or two.

I haven' t forgot yall.

Glad to see some more of us on here.

I' m hunting in Catahoula Parish, but I live in Monroe.

Thank goodness that the weather is getting a little cooler.

I' m ready for Muzzleloader this weekend. I' ve already added a hog and a bobcat to 2 does with my bow this year. Time to find some horns.
