Texas Hunters
So how many of you guys live here and how has the hunting been for you guys? I will start it off.
I have not been able to do a whole lot of hunting this year do to my being 4 hrs from my hunting area do to being in college up here in Canyon. So I have not gotten any deer hunting under my belt yet, but I had an awesome duck hunt a couple of weekends ago so the ducks are down in my area. Going to get a lot of duck hunting in this thanksgiving break, and hopefully I will get to do a little bit of sandhill crane hunting. I don't think I will get any deer hunting in until Christmas break. The deer count in the area I get to hunt was decimated do to the severe drought we are in currently so I don't think there is going to be as much deer hunting as I got in last year.
So how are the rest of my Texas brethren doing this year? And how are the deer herds doing in your area?
