Thanks Chuck, Last I seen at 471 gate was 107 hogs and 54 deer for the season.A good number of the deer came in the last 4 days(thurs.-sun.), including mine, every one of these days 4 or more deer taken, thought that was intrestin seein as this was the period in which a strong cold front was comin in. A sign of how big a role cooler weather can make durin the rut? I think so...The spike i shot was actually trailin 2 big does at about 20 yds.... As for now tho I got my sights set on Green Swamp West. I'm gonna scout it hard these next few weekends before my hunt in early Feb. I will more than likely hit up Green swamp for the small game to with all the hogs I seen this season.
