We have land that we own and 300 acres of another tract that my family has ran over 20 years. 280 acres plus what we own that butt up to it from the south 50 acres or so. In 2008 a 170 inch 10 point was killed that had about a 12 inch G2 missing. There are alot of good deer in the area. All the land west of it is pitchwork ranch that has 138000 acres. A 10,000 acre portion of the ranch that butts up against are land is quailed hunted. There guided whitetail hunts on that ranch are north of HWY 82. They run most of there cattle on the land south of 82. So there are some bruisers that come off that place. The guy north of us owns the land and is trophy hunter who manages his land well. It does have leases to the west and south of us. Great Deer hunting. We have several other places that we hunt in the area and we are looking for midwest deer lease so we are gonna try to find some 4 guys that want this. THere 2 steel deer stands that are 30ft in the air and are well built and welded together. There is 15 acre wheat feild on one stand and 25 acre wheat patch on the other.
