I was thinking tha tthe weather had them calmed down a little later than last year. This weather this weekend and the upcoming week should get them fired up.

Went out this morning to do some scouting. The birds were fired up by me but my buddy was 1/4 mile away and did not here the first gobble. Turkeys are hard to figure out!! The weather was in the low 30`s but getting up close to 70 this afternoon. Just a matter of time. Ray

I went yesterday morning and had some sounding off about 8:30am but they kept on moving away but that was it nothing else the rest of morning. My spot is looking real GOOOOD!! I am fired up even though they are not quite at that point yet.
