Default 7-Point

Luck was finally on my side and I was able to take this 7 this afternoon. First kill for my new X-bolt 270. 125 yard shot dropped him in his tracks!

Thanks guys. The same group of bucks were giving me the slip all during archery season so I decided to give it a try with my new rifle. Back to try and get one with my bow now.

X-bolt shoots great! It shot 1-2" groups right out of the box. With a few minor adjustments it is a tack driver.

This buck was shot in Albemarle county. Where do you hunt in Pittsylvania county? I do the majority of my hunting in Gretna.

Nice buck! I hunt Albemarle Co. as well. I've seen some nice ones running around here.
