The electrician at my framing job showed me this pic of his son with a wide nine pointer killed Sept. 26th on youth day in Cartersville about 3 miles from bodatious and a few miles from the Powhatan line. They watched the deer all summer on a farm until youth day

if it were me i wouldnt let my child kill it. i agree with halfbaked, he probably wont ever kill anything to compare to that and is just gonna be upset with anything else. but all in all very nice deer ive never killed anything like that

Thats pretty cool. How wide is it exactly? I know of a 32 in wide 8 pointer killed in Va last year, nice to see another one like that
