Default Can you buy hunting land in VA for under $2000/ acre?

Generally speaking...can you find land (20-100 acres)...that is not road frontage and is mixed pine/ hardwood/ creek for under $2000 acre around central Virginia? Seems that most land is price at $3000 or more. Just looking for recreational land that could potentially be built on in the future...

Around central VA (bedford area - between roanoke/Lynchburg) 20 acre lots are going between $100,000 and $150,000. that is mainly lots for building though, so if you found mtn land that would not be that suitable for building it would probably be a lot lower..

Hope this helps
