South Carolina Regulations

Anyone know when the 09-10 South Carolina Regulations will be published? Deer season usually opens in mid August in the low state. I'm hearing rumors that there are changes this year? I need to plan my days off.

The Rules and Regulations booklet is finalized after the end of the legislative session in June 2009. This document provides a summary of the 2009-2010 hunting season dates, limits and will highlight any legislative changes made to the regulations.
The 2009-2010 Hunting Seasons and Regulations booklet is currently under development and will be published in July. This detailed guide will be available from SCDNR offices and License Sales Agents across the state in August. An on-line version will be available by late-July.

The new one is out and on the website. Same one stated in previous post.

the only changes i think for deer hunting this year is in the upstate with use of bait but i dont think it went thru .

In Game Zone 2, you can hunt over salt blocks. You couldn't do that last year. Hunting over a corn pile is still a no-no.
