Default F.Y.I Quantico

Just to give everyone heads up. I was out on youth day for turkey on Saturday and found the gate to the area we were going to hunt locked. Now this area was open to hunt we had our pass to it. I had also scouted this area several times using this gate. Not sure if any one else has seen the NEW GATES/FENCES but they are 12 foot high and 200+ - feet long. so we went back to the game check station and were told that all perimeter gates will remain lock. That can really mess a day up. I was told that all access to hunting base was from the inside.

I hope someone will tell me I am wrong and set me straight but it does not look good. I will be looking into the parking areas along the perimeter to base also.

yikes, that stinks....but to be honest, you can get to most everywhere from the inside of the base. It just takes some time and understanding, but yes Rick I could where that would totally mess up a hunt! I hope that will not be the case come deer season, but if it does, it is time to adapt and to use other hunters to our advantage!
