Opinion Poll: Flash Website

I've been tinkering with learning flash across the last few weeks.

This is my 1st completed Website, and if you have time I'd like to hear your opinions on it.

Please just reply to this thread, and let me know your thoughts. One of my concerns dealing with an "All Flash" website is how many folks are not going to be able to view it, how long does the site take to load for some of you, and etc..
