Default how big?

hey ya'll, i have a picture of a whitetail front track that is about 4 inches long. how old do you think he could be?how much could he weigh?

Hey buck, where did you find the track? Sometimes tracks left in the mud appear a little bigger than they really are, but if you found it someplace else it might be right on. Anyways, a 4 inch track is a decent track. From my experience, a 4 inch track is generally a 2.5 year old deer or younger. Could be a 2.5 year old buck and be a nice one at that. I was doing a little preseason scouting and found this track. I wear a size 12 1/2 boot so I dont need much more proof that this track is from a NICE size deer.
