proposed changes to 2003 arkansas deer season

ok fellow arkansans its time to put your nimble fingers to work and e-mail our commissioners with your opinions on their upcoming meeting to change deer regs.
I e-mailed on 4/1 and got a reply from forrest wood on 4/3, so at least input is being read. He said that he appreciated me keeping it positive and thought I had some fine points to bring up at their meeting.

What exactly are the proposed changes? I' ve heard this and that, but hadn' t heard for sure what the changes are.
