Are cmere deer and that type stuff legal in Va?
Would using these be considered baiting by the DGIF game wardens?

No, they are not legal to usein VAand yes, the game wardens will charge you if you're caught.

only allowed to have food plots, after sept 1st you cannot have "bait" in your hunting area.

How came they sell this stuff then? They don't sell radar detectors because they are illegal. It's not just Wal-Mart its everywhere.

I guess they just leave it on the shelves, its not illegal to buy, its just illegal to use during a certain time of the year
