Default Just a Heads Up

Just a heads up for all, especially Florida hunters......
I read on another forum that 11 dogs have died from Psuedorabies that hunted Corbitt and I got an email the other day saying that 100% of the hogs trapped in Hal Scott have tested postive for Brucellosis or one of the other diseases that hog can carry...100%.....
Humans don't have to worry about the Psuedorabies , but the others we can get , so I thought I'd share this for our sake and our hunting dogs.......

Is there a way to prevent infection?
"Yes. Do not consume unpasteurized milk, cheese, or ice cream while traveling. If you are not sure that the dairy product is pasteurized, don't eat it. Hunters and animal herdsman should use rubber gloves when handling viscera of animals. There is no vaccine available for humans. "

Wear Gloves.....to tell you the truth I don't know how you'd protect your dog(s), other than not let them drink the blood or eat the meat of the hog.....
