LA & MS Primitive Weapon
Im trying to figure out whether or not you can use a TC Encore for primitive weapons season in La. or MS. The way i understand Ms. based on what they have posted on the internet, you can use any single shot rifle in .35 caliber or larger. La. web sight says you can't use an Encore cause its post 1900, but you can use a Knight KP-1. The KP-1 was developed in 2007 and its written on their web sight. Whats the dam difference. I want to use my Encore for primitive weapons season.
