I haven"™t seen much of anything yet this year. OK I"™ll be honest I haven"™t seen anything yet! Is it true what I hear that deer are moving during the day? If so why, I"™ve been hunting here for years not and its never been like this?

I've been seeing some deer in the evening. I haven't seen any daytime activity other than what those blasted dogs kick up.
I saw a nice buck whooping up a pine tree back on the 17th. He was in a thicket and I could not get a shot. This saturday will be my first trip back into the deer woods since then. I have my hopes up.
I saw not one deer on the 24th. I think it was due to the moon. I was out this am and saw quite a few deer between 7:15 and 9:00am, real good activity just no shooters.
