When I checked on the site ..it says I should be recieving one, but it has not come in the mail yet. Has anyone recieved any quotas yet from the mail ?
got my general gun rejection notices yesterday, still haven't recieved my special yet

is it possible for me to get a quota now or is it to late? is there anyway i could hunt public land without a quota or am i just out of luck this year?

Here is a reply I wrote on another thread regarding your question.
Ok....you are too late to get the quotas. Here is how it works.
You fill out an application sometime in June.If you are pulled you can get quotas to hunt in areas for either bow, muzzle loader or hunt a weekend during firearm before the majority of the other hunters..Go ahead and get your license and Wildlife Management stamp.There are plenty of places in Florida where you don''t need a special quota..just drive on in and hunt.
I'm ready as well. I went and bought some tree steps last night..The tree I want to put my Summit in is a cypress...we know how wide they are at the base.I usually got to screw in a couple of steps just to get my stand just right to even start climbing. I also bought the last 3 boxes of trail tacks...If any of you guys get behind my white Explorer SPort..honk the horn and I'll stop and say hi..It has a Hunting.net bumper sticker in the back window..
