Default For all you Southerners
Does the JR. Sportsman license come with freshwater fishing? I know it doesn't come with salt, so I just wanna make sure before DNR lays the smack down on me. Thanks.

The sportsman license (all ages) in NC comes with freshwater fishing, but not currently saltwater.
