Default Location Advice

Hope to get some good feedback here. My husband and I are thinking about opening a very nice hunting lodge (duck, quail, deer, etc.). We originally thought about Kansas, but it seems that there are already a good number of outfitters there.

We have also thought about SW OK, near Lawton. NM, such as Carlsbad is also an idea. I was wanting your advice, and were you think a lodge and guided hunting would do best.

Thank you very much.
