Default Last Week's Hunts (Pics)

We had a great time last weekend! I wanted to post a few pictures from our hunting trip. We were hunting at the Christian Creek Hunting Club in Greenville, AL. www.huntchristiancreek.com

This one is of my brother "Moose75" and our buddy Sam, this is Sam's first buck!

Here's another of Sam and his first buck. This buck had great mass. He aged at 4.5 years, and scored 106 B&C. He wasn't wide, but he was very tall. Weighed in at 179 lbs. Shot at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.

We weren't sure if this deer got shot in the face with a broadhead, or if he got this wound from fighting with another buck? He did have a tine broke off, so he was a fighter. What do y'all think?

One more of Sam and his first deer in front of Caleb'struck. So we ended the weekend with two racked bucks and another one was taken after I left that Saturday afternoon. I enjoyed watching a few does and a spike make a rub.

Trae,

I had no idea that you and moose75 were brothers. And I also had no idea that you were a part of that hunt club. I have seen the website , if it is the same club I am thinking about. Thats great, brother. And I can only dream about the idea of a Christian hunt club. Great hunting and Christian fellowship..... it just couldn't get any better. Well , except for the great deer you guys took....LOL

God bless

Michael

Thanks everyone! We do have a great time out there! We've had a great season, I think we took 7 racked bucks off the land, and I can't remember how many does.Over the past 6 years we've usually taken only 1 or 2 racked bucks. So this was a big year for us!
