Eastern Shore / N. Neck Land for Lease?

RE: Eastern Shore / N. Neck Land for Lease?
I will be honest with you ... I have lived in the Northern Neck all my life and hunted here all my life and I don't know any single hunter who leases land here. Some of the hunt/dog clubs have to rent their land but as far as still hunting goes you just have to go to land owners and ask, (if the landownerfarmsthe land himself i will guarantee he will let you hunt it to decrease the deer population eating his crops)and if they say yes take them a present like a quart of oyster or some deer meat and all is well. I do all bow, muzzleloader, and shotgun hunting here and i can say this . If you just want to still hunt you had better do it durning bow or muzzleloader season because when the shotgun season comes in and the hounds start running the deer turn very nocturnal. I dont know about the eastern shore. Best of luck if you have any questions just let me know.
