Never hunted in NOVA before but would love to, especially if it will extend my season another month or so. Not really sure where to look.

The NOVA season is extended for doe seaon only. There are a lot of big bucks in the NOVA residential areas...its ashame with all the bucks that its extendeddoe season only. I personally don't shoot does but for those who do.....getter done!
Actually, it's not just does, but antlerless deer only. I bowhunt a half doz. places in fairfax co. and yes, there are some monsters up there. If you want one of them, just arrow them before jan. 6 this year, or wait for their horns to fall off
