I just read all the bad about Bostick which I had been looking into and wont go any furhter now. I had also been considering Waccamaw. I also am looking for a place to bring my son in the future. Any comments. I didread someone posted SC was pretty much shot out. I am interested in mature whitetails.

i have hunted with Rick Grubbs at Waccamaw for the past 2 years, if you want the wine and cheese treatment don't even think about going! Rick knows his property and you will see lots of deer for sure! like i said i have been the past 2 years and have not been disappointed! i don't know where you read sc was shot out that is a load of bs!

I have hunted at Blackwater Hunting Services for several years. Terry Hiers is the owner and operator. He is a very nice guy. The food is great the lodge is great the hunting is great.

Thanks for the info.Ihave emailed both Blackwater and Waccamaw and they both responded. I read the bad stuff in this forum about the Bostick Plantation.
