Default my Ky buck

so i've seen a lot of small deer this year. i passed on a couple spikes, a couple fours, a 5, and a 6 this yearin bow season. I got out of class early on friday morning so idecided id go to the woods for a while. I got up in the stand at about 1:30. I got into the stand and as soon as i got situated i heard something hit the ground. I looked down and my clip for my 30-06 was on the ground. All i had was the one shell in the chamber. Instead of making a lot of noise to get down n retreive the clip, i decided to take my chances with my one shot. All was quiet until about 3. I was looking over my right shoulder when i heard a loud pop behind me on the left. As i looked i saw i was in a staredown with a nice deer. I tried not to look at him directly because i didnt want buck fever to hit any worse than it already was. After what seemed like hours he started walkin down the trail again. His head was down and acted like he was on the trail of a hot doe. He came to a shooting lane about 70 yards away. I raised up the gun, and took more care in placing my shot than usual, with fear of not utilizing my one shot. I fired and sure enough he ran about 20 feet and dropped. He's my biggest buck yet, an near symetrical 11 pointer with the exception of a sticker tin on the right side. i haven't scored him yet, but im veryvery satisfied.
