I have been to Happy Hollow once, year before last. It is a public range. The cost was very reasonable if I remember correctly. It is a very safe range. There are no semi-automatic weapons allowed and there is someone watching over the range at all times. At least that's the way it was when I went. Hope that helps.

It seems to me that they are missing the big picture or at least the foresight to realize that this won't be that effective. This bill would require that all new semi-automatic hand guns be equipped with a tiny microstamp on the end of the firing pin that will stamp the shell casing with identifying characters.
