2nd rut in eastern nc

Everyone seems to think that the rut was late and the 2nd rut will be the same so about when would you think it will come back. I have seen rubs no scrapes. Seasons out Jan 2 here so about next week maybe? Itsbeen about 2 weeks sense the end of the 1strut.

My buddy killed one following does this past weekend. I hunt in the Lee, Chatham, Moore County area. So the 2nd rut may be going on now, or at least be about to start.

Well now, I got folks in Chatham Co. Some nice deer round there, down about Harpers Cross Roads. Down around Snow Camp. Yep nice deer.
You come in later than we do here.
You should be about to go out of primary rutabout now I think.
I'm near Greenville, NC now. Bunch of little deer. I tell you what. Some of the 3 -4year olds here looks like 1 - 2 years there.
