Nice Dave! I was out at the Phelps WMA this past Saturday for opening day. Saw only a doe and her fawn, and you can't take doe at the Phelps, unfortunately. Heading back there tomorrow afternoon with a bud for a few hours of hunting again.

THANKS! I harvested them in Fauquier Co. on private land. I scouted Phelps in muzzleloader season and they had some great fields planted. I hiked around to the pipeline and there was a button out in itat 3:00 feeding. Yes, they must be antlered (above the fur) buck.
My buddy knows where there's a small heard of piebalds he saw earlier this year. Wouldn't that be cool! I can only get a doe with bonus tags though. I'm going to hunt with a revolver for a little challenge. Anyways GOOD LUCK guys, lets see them pics, and with this cold front coming in tomarrow morning is going to be awesome!!!
Here's one more pic. Fromlast years muzzleloader opener!!!
