Deer Processor in Jefferson or Tuscaloosa County Alabama

Maybe someone out here can help me out. I'm looking for a good processor to make sausage, tenderized steak, and hamburger meat out of my deer that lives close to me. I live in Birmingham, Alabama and hunt in Tuscaloosa. Somewhere in between would be perfect!

I highly recommend Galloway's Deer Processing in Tuscaloosa. It's about 10 miles out of town. But if you want the number and all let me know. I used to work with the guy's cousin. They do a good job.
