bow season has started in nc any luck so far? just 3 weeks to bear season and i can,t wait

sounds great i can,t wait for bear season i have to get rid of a couple of bears where i work and then i am going to hit the area east of black mountian to let my 10 yr old try and shoot his first bear thats all he talks about he is ready he keeps hitting the range and is getting pretty good with his 30/30

Missed low on a small buck on opening day. I have seen quite a few deer moving.
Had one come out right below my stand last saturday evening right as I was preparing to come down. All I could see was that something was down there sniffing around where I stepped into the tree line to get in my stand. Going again tuesday, this will be my last bowhunt probably this year, hope to at least get a shot at this doe I have been patterning.

Well there was 9 deer came to my stand at the same time saturday evening. there was 5 little biddy ones 2 medium ones and 2 big does. The big does stayed out of bow range and all the little ones where all over me. one of the littlist ones was a pibald, first one I ever saw.

I took the whole muzzle loader season off of work and got skunked. The only time I saw deer was when I was fishing 3 different times. Go figure,
