I have GA land for lease

I'm only keeping 1 of the 3 tracts. I want to get my money back for the 2 smaller tracts. I'm just going to do this with a group of friends and we've decided to keep it smaller.
250 acres and 350 acres @ $10 per acre.
Land is in Telfair county, GA
