Default Gopher hunting

I really wanted to go gopher hunting on saturday, but the weather says it might be cloudy. Do gophers stay in their burrows on cloudy days? Should I even bother going out?
there are alot of gophers out there.

thanks

i was out at my cousins farm this past weekend and it was windy everyday, very windy it blew my hat off 5 times and i had to make corrections threw the scope for the wind. but the gophers were still out. it wasnt too sunn either. i would say go out and give it a try. later in summer the gophers become more selective on what type of days they want to be out on, but this early they will still be out.

I'd give it a try. A day outside hunting and not seeing anything is still better then house work or whatever chores you got waiting for you.
