What calls or attractants for foxes?

I would like to make some fox calls or purchase some maybe, but I dont have any money. I have lots of foxes but they always hide and never come out until night, how do you get them to come. Can yall tell me how to make any calls and how to use them? What calls do yall buy I have seen a few cabelas ones work, is that what I should eventually get?

for grays use a gray fox pup, use birds, ie woodpecker or yellohammer distress, either tapes or on cd, reds are very sensative to volume so keep it low, grays don't care they just charge in.

mrwake, a lot of guys have good luck with the Verminator Tweety call. It is an open reed call, which sometimes open reed calls are a bit tuff for some people to master. Also, the critter call peewee is good, BUT also an open reed call. Most guys that I know that have good success calling fox have best success with high pitched calls, such as the two I listed above.
