Default Something to ponder

Look Everyone, I don't know why, but its bothering me. Everyone keeps asking the same questions over and over again. Why? For example, I don't know how many times a .22 or .22 mag was asked about for coyote. I just don't get it! If you go back one or two pages, you will probably find what you are looking for. Or try using the search feature, its not that hard. Now I'm not saying anything about the regulars who post here alot and on other forums, but I'm talking about the people who post once or twice and then never post again. I don't know, it just doesn't make sense to me. BTW, a .22 or .22 mag is too light for yotes. [:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]

If you are not talking about the regulars, but instead about the people who just post once or twice, then why would you get after the regulars? Becuase the people you are talking about probably won't be back to read this. I know sometimes I might repost a topic becuase the last one just died off with no good responses, and knowing that people read the most recent posts the most, then a revision of a previously asked question could foster better advice or cause people to respond that didn't see the last one. Make sense?

I have to disagree, and agree. In Michigan when hunting at night you're only allowed to use a rimfire or shotgun when hunting predators. Normally I use my Remington 700-22-250 for coyote. But I have shot plenty coyote with my Marlin 25MN .22Mag and dropped them on the spot. Now this is at night and all my shots are head shots and under 100yrds. Usually the shots are between 50 and 70yrds. But for an all around coyote gun, YES, I would have to say a .22 or .22Mag is not the gun you want to use for coyote.

With little to no blood trail after any hit by the .22 or the 22 mag, your shot placement better be spot on, or there better be snow on the ground, or you'll loose your "dead" coyote, period! end of story![:@] Been there done that!
