Default How are seasons set?

Last year my squirrel season started on October 25. Now it starts on October 30. How do they determine when to start the seasons?

Default RE: How are seasons set?

It looks like you state uses the last Saturday in October as it's starting date. I know in my state they do the same thing.
But they pick the 3rd weekend in Oct for small game.
