i got a question. my dad is gonna want to kno what my reason is for shooting birds in the yard. what do i tell him? if i tell him this contest, he says, are you gonna eat it? i say yes of course. then he says, no dont shoot birds. c'mon joey just dont. and anyway, are mourning doves considered pigeon? so count me in i guess. Now wheres my bag of bird seed?

I suppose you could hunt over bait, but not like..a bird feeder. And just like regular hunting, it must have gotten their through natural agriculrutral processes iIncluding livestock pastures.) No, mourning doves are a specified game bird and have their own season, shooting them now would be illegal. If you need another reason for shooting birdds, these birds are pest birds. The make nests in unwanted places, and...are just pests!
