bhw et. all, I will set up a post based off of the photo's in the original thread that will include a poll so members can choose their favorite photo.

Please give me a guideline though, which photo's are eligable and which are not? I noticed some were taken last year, some taken December, etc.

ArcticBowMan with the Black Fox was the best IMO.

THe fox is cool but the picture sucked. It was 30 below out and blowing a little so I went outside to have my buddy take a quick picture. He waited around a while until my arms got tired holding those fox up, my body started getting numb from the cold and my smile started turning into more of a groan. The plaid shirt really offsets the fox though, don't you think?

We usually do better on pictures, honostly. I like the in the field pictures with the hunter and his quarry.

I have to say that the black fox was the coolest one on there, but I think BHW has some pretty impressive pics too. I think it was a pretty sucessful contest. Good job to all of you that entered. Bobcat got a nice bobcat this year too. What kind of gun did you use BHW? BB

i too would have to vote for the black fox pic. i would have liked to see him in his gear, with his gun, but that is still a heck of a neat pic with both fox.

the honorable mention goes to ma jay

how about another contest, ending late feb, or mid march??

I need somebody to post a little information so I can set the poll up. Are just the January animals allowed? Are we limiting to one photo per hunter?

Artic,

As the starter of this thread, l allow me to share my original intention...

Conduct a fun photo contest for animals taken during January. Sure, more than one pic could be allowed. If the response is favorable and it seems to be). I was going to offer a second contest during Fab. Criteria for the photo could be clarity, presentation of animal, background, etc

I hope this helps

BHW

My favorite picture is the one with noway and his rifle and the coyote in the snow. It is a very good field picture.
