Well i went out crow hunting this mornin and had no luck had them comin in but not close enuff for a shot. Why wernt they. I was standing up just as they come in range . And i notice they would kinlly turn . Was we spooking them
My best quess is that you are spooking them when they see movement. My suggestion is stay hidden behind a brush or a tree. Crows that been shot at before know better. If you stay out in the open, kneel down until they come in range but shoot from one knee. I have done this is the past and it seems to work, depending on the birds.

When i shoot crows and rooks, i wear full cammos, mask and gloves as well. I would suggest sitting underneath a bush or thick tree and wait with your head down just peering under the brim of your hat until they gets within about 15-20yds then give them the good news with the 12.
