You need to subscribe to this magazine. It lists all of the hunts state by state every month. There are always good training articles as well as anything to do with hounds. You get a free rule book for the hunts with your subscription also. There are also regional sections in it and you will be able to get contacts for people in your area that run hounds. In regard to your question about training I would recommend you get the book, " Walk With Wick" it is the hound trainers bible, written by John Wick and avaiable through Wick Outdoor Works. Everything you will ever need to know about training hounds is in there.
